Delivery times and cost
- Cost: free tracked delivery on all orders to the countries shown at checkout.
- Dispatch: orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days.
- Delivery: UK orders usually arrive in 5–8 working days, Ireland in 7–12 working days, and the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand in 7–14 working days. You'll get a tracking link by email when your order ships.
Occasionally deliveries take longer because of customs checks, stock availability or carrier delays. If your order hasn't arrived within 21 days, contact us and we'll look into it straight away.
Where your order ships from
Orders are fulfilled by our logistics partner and may be sent from a warehouse outside your country.
Customs, duties and taxes
- UK: for orders worth £135 or less, the price you pay at checkout is the full price and you won't be asked to pay anything extra on delivery. Larger orders may be charged import VAT or duty by the carrier.
- Ireland, the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand: in most cases there's nothing extra to pay. Occasionally local customs may charge import duties or taxes on delivery, which are payable by you.
Wrong address
Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll try to correct it before dispatch.
