30-night trial

You can try your Orthelle Pod for 30 nights from the day it's delivered. If it isn't for you, email hello@orthelle.com within those 30 days and we'll arrange a return and a full refund of the price you paid, including original delivery. It doesn't matter if you've used it.

Your legal rights

The trial is in addition to, not instead of, your legal rights. If you're a consumer in the UK:

  • Changing your mind: under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Our 30-night trial gives you longer than this.
  • Faulty items: under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If your Orthelle Pod is faulty you can reject it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After that, you're entitled to a repair or replacement and, if that doesn't fix the problem, a refund. Faulty items are always returned at our cost.

If you're outside the UK, you also have any rights given by the consumer laws where you live.

How to return

  1. Email hello@orthelle.com with your order number and whether you're returning it under the trial or because it's faulty.
  2. We'll reply within 2 working days with the return address and a prepaid returns label.
  3. Pack the Orthelle Pod and its accessories securely. Please empty and dry the tank first.

Refunds

We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return. If we've arranged collection or sent a label and the item doesn't arrive back, we may wait until you show proof of postage. For cancellations under the 14-day legal right, we may reduce the refund if the item has been damaged by handling it more than was necessary to try it out.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the delivery time stated in our Shipping policy, contact us and we'll send a replacement or refund.
